A selection of hotels in Santorini is available through the official conference online registration/booking system. You can proceed with a hotel reservation as soon as you have registered to the conference.

Our Local Agent, Heliotopos/Magma Ltd has negotiated special rates with the hotels for our Conference participants. However, taking into consideration the current situation regarding the numerous online hotels booking systems worldwide, it is not possible to guarantee that within the following months there will not appear a special discounted rate on any of the proposed hotels.

What we can guarantee to the participants who make their hotel booking through the official conference online registration/booking system is that:

• Your reservation will be always guaranteed.
• Your hotel will be conveniently located for all conference organized transportation (for social events and other visits).
• You will automatically participate in a lottery and three lucky winners will bring back home a selection of the famous local wines along with gifts and souvenirs from Santorini.
