Help for Cycle 2 Notice of Intent (NOI)

Scientists are asked to submit a 'Notice of Intent' (NOI) by January 23, 2009, for each proposal they plan to submit to the Cycle 2 Fermi Guest Investigator Program. Proposals may be submitted even if a NOI has not been submitted, a NOI may be submitted after January 23, and a NOI is not a firm commitment to submit a proposal. The NOIs will assist NASA in preparing for the peer reviews of the submitted proposals.

After filling in all fields in the webform, please click the 'Submit Notice' button. You will receive an e-mail confirmation.
