Proceedings Instructions to Authors

The Proceedings of this conference will be published. All registrants will be sent one copy of the Proceedings.

Papers must be submitted electronically in accordance with the appropriate Institute of Physics publication templates. Templates can be found at: http://proceedings.aip.org/proceedings/8x11s.jsp

The following maximum page limits will be strictly enforced:

5 pages for invited papers
3 pages for contributed oral papers
2 pages for poster papers

If your manuscript is not submitted to Sandy Barnes at sbarnes@milkyway.gsfc.nasa.gov before April 1, 2007 we cannot guarantee that it will be included in the Proceedings.

Also, the attached copyright form needs to be completed and sent to Sandy Barnes either by Fax # 301.286.1215 or regular mail.
