Abstract:

The first catalog of almost 2700 Terrestrial Gamma-ray Flashes (TGFs) detected with the Gamma-ray Burst Monitor on Fermi was released in January 2015. A recent update has added another ~750 TGFs. We present the results from this extended catalog. The GBM TGF sample is reliable, with cosmic rays rejected using data both from GBM and from the Large Area Telescope on Fermi. The GBM TGF sample is reliable, with cosmic rays rejected using data both from Fermi GBM and from the Large Area Telescope on Fermi. The online catalog include times (UTC and local solar), spacecraft geographic positions, durations, and count intensities. The catalog includes separate tables for bright TGFs detected by the flight software (triggers") and for Terrestrial Electron Beams (TEBs). Correlating with the WWLLN and ENTLN VLF radio networks
