Abstract:

Since the time of discovery IceCube has been observing cosmic neutrinos continuously and larger samples of well-reconstructed muon neutrinos have been collected. We use the observations from major high energy gamma ray observatories such as Fermi-LAT, HESS, VERITAS, and MILAGRO to study the prospects for observing neutrinos from TeV gamma ray sources assuming pionic origin of the gamma rays. We confront the results with present IceCube limits.
