Oral Talk Details:
- All oral talks should be uploaded using the link forwarded to you via email. (Please let the organizers know if you did not receive the email or are not able to access the folder.)
- Navigate to the folder with your session title and upload your talk following the preferred naming convention: "LASTNAME_TITLE.pdf" or "LASTNAME_TITLE.pptx". Please ensure that the file format is either PDF or PPTX.
- Please ensure that your talk is uploaded before the start of the session where you are presenting. We encourage presenters to upload the talks before the morning of the day you are presenting.
- For the 30 min slot please prepare for a 25 min talk with 5 minutes for questions.
- For the 15 min slot please prepare for a 12 min talk with 3 minutes for questions.
- Please keep the talk within the allocated time range.
Poster Details:
- The size of the printed poster should not exceed the 48x48 in (121.92x121.92 cm) limit.
- We ask poster presenters to bring physical paper or fabric posters, which will be discussed during the poster sessions.
- Unfortunately, we do not have an e-poster session, but presenters are encouraged to upload the poster digitally for virtual attendees using the link forwarded to you via email.
- Poster presenters can either print their poster and bring to the venue, or get it printed from the McKeldin Library of University of Maryland College Park which offers self-service poster printing. It costs $5 per square foot and can be paid with a credit card. See Link, specifically the "Specialized printing / publishing services", for more information.
- Posters will be viewable from Monday to Thursday, and presenters are encouraged to put up the posters anytime before the beginning of the first poster session at 10:30 AM on Monday.
- Presenters should remove the posters from the poster boards on Thursday, anytime before 5:30 PM.
