- budget
- working w/ A. Harmon and Tim Toohig on NASA/DOE MOU.
- impact International agreement (NASA & DOE - Code S). DOE got the first draft, sent to NASA with changes, no discussion yet.
- got draft of Level I requirements from Jonathan for LAT.

ITAR - called the office here at GSFC and they said if material is in public domain, then there is no problem.

Scott Lambros, GSFC
Study with 3 vendors: Lockheed, TRW and Orbital coming to the end; should have the reports in 3-4 weeks.
SRD approval will take place at the Sept. SWG.
- inputs to observing efficiency requirements:
- up to 2% data loss can happen;
- 95% observing efficiency-nothing that is driving not to observe;
- bursts canŐt be observed when downlinking;
- spacecraft problems - instrument turned off in safe mode, in safe hold-how keep instrument warm, able to survive if instrument turned off completely; planned stand-down?

Q&A

Isabelle: vibration specs - when available, concern for MartinŐs grid.
Ans: Delta 79-20 or equivalent is base line.

Steve Ritz, GSFC
Burst - document collaborators were: Dingus, Meegan, Norris and Ritz.
     55E defines "within field of view of LAT"
     30E defines "pointing"
AGN doc. - collaborators were: Dermer, Dingus, Thompson, Ritz.
     AGN flares should be treated as ToO
Brenda:
MSS - data download once a day, may not be acceptable.
ToO - SWG needs to discuss.
Neil Gehrels, GSFC
- SRD (project) inserted changes to document and modified.
- Instrument requirements for LAT and one for GBM
- Need to be called "requirements", not "Design to"
- Level I GRB monitor - goal or requirement? Spectroscopy is requirement. Burst location is a goal.
Peter Michelson
- Action items reported by Ormes:
     AGN Flare detection on board, - graphs presented.

Chip Meegan - gave Action Items Report
