  • MW 949: Mission Week 949 begins with a continuation of the +50 deg. modified sine profile from the previous week. Then, on DOY 218 (2026-8-6) at 00:45 UT a 10-minute freeze observation occurs during which a +50 deg. modified sine profile is loaded. This profile continues until the end of the mission week. The survey repeat period is based on a 5666s orbital period. Note that positive rock angles are south, and negative rock angles are north. (updated: 31-Jul-2026)

MW 950: Mission Week 950 begins with a continuation of the +50 deg. modified sine profile from the previous week. Then, on DOY 225 (2026-8-13) at 02:45 UT a 10-minute freeze observation occurs during which a +50 deg. modified sine profile is loaded. Next, on DOY 225 (2026-8-13) at 05:59 UT a 10-minute freeze observation occurs during which an asymmetric +50/-60 deg. profile is loaded. Following this, on DOY 228 (2026-8-16) at 03:10 UT a 10-minute freeze observation occurs during which a symmetric +/-50 deg. profile is loaded. This profile continues until the end of the mission week. The survey repeat period DECREASED from 5666s to 5664s. Note that positive rock angles are south, and negative rock angles are north. (updated: 07-Aug-2026)

MW 951: Mission Week 951 begins with a 10-minute freeze observation during which a symmetric +/-50 deg. profile is loaded. Then, on DOY 237 (2026-8-25) at 18:29 UT a 10-minute freeze observation occurs during which an asymmetric -50/+60 deg. profile is loaded. This profile continues until the end of the mission week. The survey repeat period is based on a 5664s orbital period. Note that positive rock angles are south, and negative rock angles are north. (updated: 06-Aug-2026)

This utility allows you to view Fermi's observing timeline. It defaults to the current AO cycle, but you can also view past AO cycles, along with timelines showing a summary of the Targets of Opportunity (TOO), Automatic Re-pointing Requests (ARR), other pointed observations, and non-science periods. Explanations of the columns can be found in the glossary. Pointed observations (like ToOs and ARRs) that interrupted the schedule are indicated in bold. Preliminary scheduled observations are indicated in italics.

Note: Updates to this page can be delayed by unexpected timeline changes. For information about on-going Target-of-Opportunity observations, check the Approved TOOs page. If you have JavaScript enabled on your browser, you may click on column names to sort by that column.
