Fermi ToO 100604-1-1

A ToO observation to observe CRAB NEBULA at RA, Dec = 78.6330, 22.0000 (J2000) was approved at 2018-03-12 20:28:24 UTC.

The justification for the ToO is: Enhanced gamma-ray activity detected from the Crab Nebula by the Fermi-LAT data. The ASP shows a daily averaged flux of (5.3 +- 0.3) E-6 ph cm-2 s-1 above 100 MeV on 11-Mar-2018 12:00:00 UTC. This is twice the average flux.

The planned duration is 350.00 ks.

The autonomous request threshold during this ToO is LOW.

The ToO observation should begin between 2018-03-12 20:28:23 UTC and 2018-03-19 20:28:23 UTC.

The ToO observation was requested by DR. ROLF BUEHLER.

The ToO commanding order was sent to the MOC at 2018-03-12 20:33:56 UTC.

The MOC sent the ToO execution notification at 2018-03-12 21:07:30 UTC.

The ToO order status is Uplinked at or before: 2018-03-12 21:06:15 UT
